Having my teeth cleaned with Nancy was wonderful as usual. However when I walked into the office I was greeted with an unpleasant scent and saw a scent candle on the counter. I was under the impression that all Healthcare facilities were scent free for good reason. I was told they could take it off the counter but as long as it's in the office I'm going to smell it. If you're going to continue the practice of having sense in the office I will have to find another dentist. I hate to say that because I really like the new dentist.

Dr. Vincent is very thorough and is good at explaining the procedures. I recently had an emergency after hours and he was able to accommodate me the following day.

I saw Dr. Vincent 6 months ago, and have nothing since. My last visit, he decided not to to give me anything to numb the tooth area......until I started crying. In my first meeting with Dr. Vincent, i asked about toothpastes without fluoride. He started going off about knowing the conspiracy theories blah blah blah.... I actually work at New Leaf and had question about other ingredients. Very condescending....Will never go back. Cares more about his art than his patients....very arrogant.

Will not go back. Dr. Vincent does not care about about his patients. I had to start crying in pain before he numbed me out. First time, didn't numb me at all. Left in pain... Big ego......
