I booked an appointment with Dr Bixby back in October but was given a male dentist who would not stop talking about his dental art. I liked the older assistant but she kept losing focus and covering my face and clothes with water and spraying it up my nose multiple times 😂. The problem is, I went in expecting a cavity to be taken care of. He worked on a different tooth all together than I expected him to and was shocked afterwards. He looked freaked out when I shared my confusion and explained that both teeth had issues and I’d just have to come back. This was all because he wasn’t listening. Even worse, I can no longer floss between the tooth he “fixed” 😂. And the problem tooth is still an issue. Worst dental experience ever. The staff also told me my insurance would “likely cover the appointment.” I trusted them because who would say that on a whim without knowing something I didn’t? Anyway, I received a $750 bill later which was NOT covered by my insurance. An absolute mess/horror show.

Dr. Vincent is an extremely competent dentist who uses the latest technology and interventions while providing painless dentistry. He easily and quickly replaced several crowns I had that were problematic and they all fit perfectly the first time. If you have ever had an ill-fitted crown, you know the importance of a perfect fit. Dr. Vincent and his staff provide a friendly, patient-centered experience and I highly recommend him. His meticulous work makes me look forward to some cosmetic dentistry in the near future.
